WESTCA Club is the app of WESTCA. It is where members and the WESTCA team exchange messages, take part in groups, join calls and receive reminders about training sessions. Using the app means you agree with these terms.
Your account is personal. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using them. You can change your name, photo and preferences in Settings at any time.
What you share (messages, photos, check-ins and your profile) is yours and you are responsible for it: it must be your own or something you have the right to share. Do not share content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or that exposes other people without their consent. Reported content can be removed.
Be respectful. Harassment, threats, discrimination, spam and impersonation are not allowed. Report and block are available on every message and profile. Accounts that break these rules can be suspended or removed.
Messages are private between the people in the conversation. The WESTCA team only reads a message when it has been reported. Calls are not recorded by the app. Messages, with their photos and voice messages, are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically.
You can delete your account in Settings. Deleting it removes your profile and your personal data from the app; messages you sent to other people remain in their conversations until they are deleted after 90 days.
